Evergreen Title Company is a licensed title insurance agent under the laws of Virginia, Maryland, and District of Columbia and has been appointed as an agent of Stewart Title and Guaranty Company since 1996 and First American Title Insurance Company since 2010.

Evergreen Title Company, Inc. is a full service Title Insurance and Closing and Escrow Company located in Annandale, Virginia.
It was founded by Jina H. Kim, a licensed Virginia real estate attorney, in 1996. With over 20 years experience in residential and commerical real estate closings in Washington DC metropolitan area, Evergreen Title has closed over 20,000 purchase and refinance closings.

Currently Evergreen Title underwrites for both Stewart Title and First American Title. In addition, Evergreen Title is a licensed settlement service provider under the provisions of the Virginia Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act and is fully bonded and insured as provided in the Act.

Each staff member of Evergreen Title has 10 to 25 years of professional experience in real estate closing services and each has been with this company for over 10 years.
